As promised on my YouTube channel, here are the results:
Forever 21 - Mesh Peplum Dress - $22.80
I love the way this turned out! I was a bit worried that wouldn't look as good since I'm lacking in the hip and butt department but this dress gave an all-around nice curve and hid my tummy so I must say I am in love. And although I wore a strapless bra for the photos I'll most likely wear a black one for when I go out since I hate how strapless bras fit.
Forever 21 - Polka Dot Pocket Tank - 10.80
Forever 21 - Distressed Skinny Jeans - $18.50
I chose to pair these two together for the sake of not having to take as many pictures. I am happy with both the tank and the jeans. The tank is a comfy fit and although I'll never use it, I like that it has a pocket. The jeans fit nicely and I love the distressed look. The length is a bit long, but I knew it would be since I've owned the same pair only in blue so I'm happy to just fold it up when I want a more chic look.
Forever 21- Mesh Paneled Sports Bra - $15.80
For the record, I would never workout like this. However, I can't very well show you my buy when it's hidden under a t-shirt. This sports bra turned out to be a good fit. But while it was nice enough though, I am not a fan of the padded inserts, since they have a habit of moving around on their own and there is no way to take them out without having to cut the fabric. However, I'll most likely keep the purchase because although on its own, it failed the jump test, it will likely be fine once an average bra is added underneath, which most of you big-chested girls know, we have to do anyway.
with about a dozen other places you can shop online for lost-cost plus size clothing
Crazy late, but still "yay!" update:
The padded inserts come out! I don't know how I missed it on the first, second, and even third time around but the last time I put this in the wash one of the cushions came out, which means...
no more dealing with awkwardly sized padding!
Very nicely done! I love the casual outfit. Never heard of the jump test before, I'll have to keep that in mind!
